24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, including expiration dates and service restrictions. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are not valid on previously booked appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate our relationship with any client who violates these Terms, endangers the safety of staff or other clients, or engages in inappropriate behavior. Termination may result in forfeiture of unused gift certificate balances and restriction from future bookings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects our original intent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
